This is Techno (TFA design, working on her MTMTE one) and she is Jazz’s sister, hence the very similar model/color scheme. I tweaked a few things to still keep her looking femme, but still be noticeable that she is in fact related to him.
Her main occupation is communications specialist/officer.
Their personalities differ in a few ways but in the end they are very alike and have a close bond. Techno is more of a long range fighter while Jazz is more up close and personal.
Techno is always looking for the next big upgrade/newest tech. While jazz sits back and enjoys the finer things I in life.
Jazz is definitely more reluctant to break rules compared to her, she still will follow them but if something seems fishy she will definitely raise an optic to it.

Had this idea in my head for how Stella and Asra meet. Might make it into a little comic soon.Pre plague era, but 9 years prior. Her mom gave her the family shop, and a certain magician keeps selling his trinkets outside the shop, she’s given a warning because she knows that the rules state that you must sell from your own stands, and not infront of other establishments. So she’s already given him a warning, but something about him keeps drawing her in and peaking her interest so she isn’t fully opposed to his presence. Much to her surprise this magician also has an interest in her.
